Cover Girl and Finale!

So this was the finale where Krista and Raina battled it out in an Anna Sui fashion show and Cover Girl. Now here it goes!

1.-RAINA

Gorgeous shot of Raina and one of my favorite Cover Girl shots in ANTM. I love how approachable Raina looks here and I think her looks really work for her here. This would be an amazing ad.

2.-KRISTA

Well, I'll start with the positives and say that Krista's skin looks nice here but her eyes really don't have much expression in them and I don't think Krista looks very approachable here and I don't think she looks that fresh.

And then Krista won which was kind of surprise TBH even after her getting 4 FCO's in a row (yeah you can call me strange but I was hoping for a dark horse winner). And here is my elimination order!

13. Gabrielle (Gabrielle was amazing at casting and for knowing who Freja Beha Erichsen is but her look was quite forgettable and while I still love her personality, I have to agree and eliminate her here)

12. Angelea (Angelea had one of the worse shots of the week in both of the weeks that she has been here. Unfortunately, I must bid adieu)

11. Ren (I loved Ren, but she pretty much quit this week so :/ )

10. Tatianna (Tatianna is love but she doesn't have a strong look and her photo this week was dreadful and her past performance can't save her)

9. Naduah (Naduah has a very unique look that took her far but besides her Vampires which I would guess to be fantastic, she has yet to impress with photos)

8. Brenda (I really didn't like Brenda whatsoever this cycle just since she took horrible/great photos and didn't look like a model whatsoever. I originally eliminated her where I have Ren but since Ren quit, Brenda has a free ride from me.)

7. Jessica (Dull photos, dull look. Although I thought she was pretty and took some nice photos, she's easily the weakest of the 7 remaining)

6. Anslee (It pains me to eliminate Anslee here since I thought her portfolio was pretty good overall but I just don't see her doing that well here)

5. Simone (Simone is easily one of the most modelesque girls this cycle next to Alex, but I just don't think she would have given a strong photo this week)

BTW I'm not doing a double elimination just cuz.

4. Krista (I would expect Alasia's shot to be the worst that week, but Krista is the weakest photographically so I would drop her here)

3. Alasia (Alasia is far from modelesque, but like Anslee her portfolio is pretty great minus her first two shots)

2. Alexandra (Alex killed it overseas and she is easily the girl who looks the most like a model but overall, Raina was a little stronger although Alex is still love.)

1. Raina (Raina may have the body of a linebacker, but her portfolio overall was strong so yeah I'd give Raina the win)

Up next will be time to finish Australia's Cycle 6! Yay!

Forget Pretty, It's Ugly-Ugly

Lovely shoot; loved 3/4 shots so that's pretty awesome right there and the elimination was absolutely terrible/good at the same time.

1.-ALEXANDRA

Fantastic shot of Alex and definitely my favorite of the cycle. I love how she's playing with her fingers and just giving a strong stare. Amazing.

2.-RAINA

Awesome shot; Raina really went for ugly-pretty and I love how she's kind of in her own world and looking at the camera as if it's disturbing it. It's a pretty great shot.

3.-KRISTA

Well, this is a pretty awesome but like the majority of Krista's portfolio, it's amazing...if you cover up the face. I really do love the shot though I don't get the major OMG AMAZING that the panel had for this shot.

4.-ANGELEA

So Angelea really tried to go for ugly-pretty but I think that this shot is really terrible. The expression is pretty bad and I think that she makes the dress look really strange. And what's up with the jean jacket?

In The Shadows

Nice shoot, nice results, not that great of an elimination but it wasn't a terrible week TBH.

1.-ALEXANDRA

Absolutely stunning shot of Alexandra; I love the serenity in the face and Alex really does look stunning here. I love the fabric used also for the shadows and yeah, I think this is a really gorgeous shot.

2.-JESSICA

Yeah I know that this isn't the official photo, but I think it's much prettier in color. If you want to see the original, then here. I think that next to Jessica's Faux this is probably my favorite shot of her. I love innocent she looks here and I think that her face really looks lovely here and not dull.

3.-RAINA

I'm not sure if it's an unpopular opinion or not, but I really love this shot of Raina. I love how dark and mysterious she looks here and I think her face looks lovely here.

4.-KRISTA

Stunning shot; love how regal Krista looks here and I love the black and white effects and I love how there's a sense of hope in Krista's face. There's something though that's not working for me that I can't put my finger on.

5.-ANGELEA

This is a really pretty shot of Angelea and I really don't have anything terrible to say about this shot. I love the peacefulness she has in this shot although I wish she wouldn't squint that much. Still, it's a nice shot but I prefer the other shots this week.

Mary Had A Little Lamb

Awesome shoot, not that great of an elimination though I'm not terribly mad about it.

1.-RAINA

Gorgeous shot of Raina and definitely my favorite shot of her. I love the drama in this shot like she is about to run away from something. The dress looks amazing here and I think her face looks fantastic here.

2.-ALEXANDRA

And this is the beginning of Alexandra's fantastic overseas portfolio. This is just lovely; I really love what she did to the dress since she looks about 7'0" tall. I love her face here also.

3.-KRISTA

Pose and dress look fantastic here but her face really looks "mature" here. I still think it's a great shot but the face just brings it down a lot.

4.-JESSICA

This shot is pretty great. Love the movement of the dress and the face looks very nice. I just personally prefer the three shots above this one. But still, it's a really good shot.

5.-ALASIA

This is a pretty nice shot; I love the drama here and I think that Alasia's face looks nice, but the problem is that she isn't showing the garment off at all.

6.-ANGELEA

This shot of Angelea is very nice; I really like the way the dress looks here. There's nothing really terrible about this shot, I just prefer the shots above her.

Up next is a shoot with Tyra where they have to find the light in shadows. Strange shoot, but I like it. :)

Hair Wars

Really cool shoot although the elimination was absolutely terrible to me although tons of people were extremely happy about it. T_T

1.-ALASIA

This is such an amazing shot of Alasia and definitely my favorite shot of her. I love the diva attitude Alasia has here and I think that she shows the best of such a strange dress.

2.-RAINA

Such an adorable shot of Raina. I love how she's in the air and kind of looks like a birdie. Plus her face looks divine here.

3.-KRISTA

Probably my favorite shot of Krista. Love the movement here and I think that her face looks gorgeous. Also the styling looks amazing on Krista.

4.-JESSICA

The movement is nice, pose is adorable, but I don't think this shot is memorable.

5.-ANSLEE

So yeah Anslee was eliminated here and while I don't think she looks like a model whatsoever, I did enjoy her portfolio and think she was robbed (surely that's an unpopular opinion). Anyways the photo is nice but I don't like that she isn't doing anything though. But I do love the close up.

6.-ALEXANDRA

Definitely Alex's weakest shot. She looks like some 40 year old school teacher which obviously isn't good. At least she looks tall though.

7.-ANGELEA

Yeah this is terrible. Arms in the air don't work and the face looks terrible. Worst part though was that she was called second for this. D:

Up next is an editorial shoot and it's one of the best shoots, if not the best shoot of the cycle!

Easy, Breezy, Beautiful

Probably one of the weaker sets of Cover Girl in ANTM along with Cycle 8 but hey what can you do about it?

1.-KRISTA

Not the most amazing Cover Girl photo ever but I do think it's the most gorgeous of the bunch. I think that Krista looks stunning here and her smile really looks believable here. She may not look extremely fresh (like someone like Frida Gustavsson or even like Holland's Cycle 4 Patricia) but I do think that she does look younger than normal. So bravo Krista for giving a gorgeous shot after having a few weeks of mediocrity.

2.-ANGELEA

This is such a gorgeous shot of Angelea. I love that she looks sophisticated and friendly here. My negative is that it's not a really memorable shot but it's definitely the best of the worst.

3.-RAINA

I'm going to start with the negatives first since there are a few. I think that from what we see, Raina's body looks absolutely terrible, her face looks extremely photo shopped but obviously everyone had their fair share of it, but it's extremely visible here. Anyways, she looks stunning and I think she sells the make up and photo shop well.

4.-ANSLEE

This shot is pretty cute and flirty. I love the little smirk on Anslee's face although I don't like the little hair twirl. Still, it's a nice shot.

5.-ALASIA

This is such a beautiful shot of Alasia and she definitely looks cute and commercial, but the problem is that she doesn't look like a model rather than a teenager in a subway. Still, she looks pretty.

6.-ALEXANDRA

Everything about this shot is nice and pretty minus the uneven eyes which brings this shot down A LOT. I would have probably ranked it 2nd if there wasn't a problem with the eyes.

7.-JESSICA

This is really boring and it doesn't really look like a commercial shot but more like a profile pic with overtly photo shop of a pretty girl going to the club which I kind of find ironic since Jessica is the most commercial girl of the bunch.

8.-BRENDA

This shot is boring and doesn't really look like a commercial model. I don't even think Brenda looks fresh here; sadly she deserved to go here.

PS sorry if I came off very rude, I just never liked this cycle. :/ But I do like the next shoot and overseas shoots so the next couple of shoots should be great. :D

Faux Fashion

Well, I never really liked the idea, but it has been growing on me; I just wish they did it in a different way where it looked more editorial. Anyways onto the shoot!

1.-JESSICA

Probably my favorite shot of Jessica; this is awesome. I love how energetic Jessica looks here and I really love her pose. Plus I think that the clothes looks wonderful on her.

2.-ANGELEA

Totally fabulous shot. I love how she knows that although she's wearing fake clothes, she still thinks she's the best in the world and I really love the way the clothes look on Angelea and the attitude is great as well.

3.-RAINA

Adorable shot of Raina; love how she looks like a Harajuku girl and I think that Raina hid her boxy figure quite well in the clothes. I love the over-exaggerated face as well.

4.-ALASIA

Diva to the max and I think Alasia is totally working it out. I love how despite her having cheap clothes on, Alasia looks semi-expensive which is awesome. I love how you can't see her face and I think blue is an awesome color on Alasia.

5.-ANSLEE

I know that a lot of people hate this shot, but I actually really like it. I think Anslee's face is probably one of the best of the week and I think that although the pose isn't the most exciting thing in the world, I still think that it showcases the clothes semi-well.

6.-BRENDA

I kind of like how Brenda looks like a superhero or something and I think that her face looks quite nice but there's something about this shot that has always bugged me and I really hate that I have no idea what it is.

7.-ALEXANDRA

The clothes are just strange like in every other shot. And like in every other shot in this shoot it brings down the shot a lot. I like the big puffy hair and Alex's profile here but I just think that this shot is extremely dull. One of Alexandra's worst shots.

8.-KRISTA

This pretty much looks like a mannequin which is good in a sense that the clothes look nice on you but terrible since it looks extremely stiff. The hand in the air is really strange and I think the the face is just boring and lifeless which is something I don't like.

9.-TATIANNA

Well, I really love Tatianna, but this shot is really bad and pretty much the definition of drag. I don't think that there's really anything good about this shot from the clothes to the makeup to the hand on the face to the face itself. Sadly, she deserved to leave for this. :(

Up next is *imitates the girls whenever they say easy breezy beautiful* COVER GIRL! Probably one of my least favorite cover-girl shoots on ANTM but eh, what can you do about it?

Twilight Mania

Well, ANTM has now had their fair share of vampire love now by making the girls dress up as vampire and pose in a tub filled with fake blood. I really liked the shoot though some of the shots weren't good.

1.-RAINA

This is so amazing. I really love how Raina looks like she's rose from the dead and is about to take over the world. Once again, another hit from Raina!

2.-ALASIA

This is such a hot shot of Alasia. I love it looks like she's indulging in the guys scent and the close up is really amazing. The negative I have is the dull clothing but of course I won't blame that on Alasia since that was pretty much everyone else's wardrobe.

3.-BRENDA

So Brenda is now and officially the most inconsistent girl of the cycle. This shot however is just plain awesome. I love how possessed she looks here and this definitely is one of my favorite shots of Brenda next to her nude. Too bad she doesn't produce another shot like this. :/

4.-ALEXANDRA

Well I know that a lot of people find this shot boring, but I really love it. I love how unlike the other three shots above Alex that this is soft and romantic or at least softer than those, lol. But great shot from Alexandra.

5.-JESSICA

This is a really really dull shot of Jessica. I mean Jessica looks pretty and I love the pose but there's nothing truly amazing about this shot.

6.-ANSLEE

This is an okay shot of Anslee and probably my least favorite shot of her. I really love the emotion she is giving like she needs her man to survive, but sadly she doesn't look very fresh here and it's not as good for me as the five others.

7.-SIMONE

So Simone was eliminated for this which really stinks since although she wasn't the absolute best of the bunch she was still consistent and I think that she definitely deserved to stay. This shot however is not good since she looks extremely stiff and the face looks awkward. On the bright side, her legs look kind of nice. :)

8.-KRISTA

This is not a good shot of Krista. She really looks like a monster and not in a good way and she really isn't doing anything amazing in this shot but I do like how she positioned her legs since I think that they look very long here.

9.-ANGELEA

This is not a good shot of Angelea at all. She looks like a person who's sick who wants to get out of the bathtub. Not a good shot although I do like her hair here.

10.-TATIANNA

Well, I love Tatianna, but this shot is horrendous. I mean it's so messy which I understand in this type of shoot, but I really wish that Tatianna brought a certain elegance to the shot rather than just standing there playing with blood. I also don't like her face here. Not a good week for Tatianna. :(
